How do I know if my order has shipped?

You will receive a notification with a USPS tracking number once your order has shipped.

How do I track my order?

Copy and paste the tracking number that was sent to you in the shipping notification email in the usps.com website tracking search bar.  It will tell you where the package is currently located, the shipping method, if it has been delivered, and to what address.

What if my order has been lost in the mail?

Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the shipping time estimates.   Sometimes there are circumstances that are beyond our control once the package is in the hands of the carrier.   If the tracking number shows that it has been delivered and you do not have it you will need to contact your postal carrier and ask where it was delivered.  After a reasonable timeframe has passed we will gladly replace your original order. 

What if I have received the wrong item?

If we have sent an incorrect order to you (possibly someone else’s order, as human error does happen) please let us know immediately and we will send the correct one right away. 

What if an item is missing from my order?

We check our orders thoroughly during both production and shipping.  Although we strive for the best possible production flow, there can be oversights in any process.  Please let us know if you are missing an item from your order and we will send it to you right away.
