PRODUCTION & ORDERING
What is your production time?
Almost all of our items are made to order. Our current production time is within 5 business days from date of purchase prior to shipping. Our etched items production times are within 10 business days prior to shipping. These times are usually extended during the holiday season. We create and ship each piece in the order it was received on our site. If for any reason our original production time needs to be extended we will contact you immediately.
Can I get my order sooner than the current production time?
Yes, we offer a $20 Rush Order Upgrade. This will move your order up in our production schedule and it will be created and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Do you offer customization?
We offer customization for almost all of our items! Please follow the instructions in the listings or get in touch with us through email and our contact page to discuss the customization request. We want you to have exactly what you have envisioned for your custom item, so please provide all details needed for your specific customization request where designated. This will leave less room for error, delays, and ensure that you receive a wonderful product.
Can you stamp the metal on both sides?
We do not stamp on the reverse side as it tends to distort the metal, image, and stamping on the front.
What payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Both choices are safe, secure, and easy to use. It is not necessary for you to have a PayPal account to use PayPal, and you can pay as a guest by using your credit card for payment. Follow the step by step instructions on the PayPal site.
How are your items packaged?
Each item is packaged in a fabric pouch inside a Hardwear Designs gift box ready to share! All orders are securely packaged in a bubble mailer to protect the item and ensure that it arrives safely to you.
Do you include invoices with your packaging?
No, we do not include any invoices when we ship the order as most of our orders are gifts.
Will I or can I get a picture of my order before it ships?
Unfortunately, we do not send proofs of the stamped items. Most of our items are clearly represented in the sample photos in each listing. Proofs can be requested for etched items, as the formatting tends to be more specific.
