Do you ship to countries other than the United States?

Yes.  We ship to all countries worldwide.

What are your shipping methods?

Orders are shipped from Nashville, TN.  We ship via USPS.  Our shipping options are First Class Mail (3-5 days), Priority Mail (2-3 days), and Express Overnight.  We also offer International First Class and International Priority Mail.

Selecting Priority Mail does not move your order to the top of our production schedule.  However, it will arrive sooner once it has shipped.  Please see our Rush Order Upgrade listing to move your order up on our production schedule. 

What is your return & exchange policy?

For Custom Items:  If you are unhappy with your custom item please let us know within 10 business days from the day it was received.  If for any reason the customization is incorrect, please send a photo of the item so that we may see our error.  We consider this a learning opportunity for our quality control and customer service.  Of course, we will re-make the item and ship it to you right away.  There is no fee for the replacement of an incorrect order.

For Non-custom Orders:  Non-Custom orders may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days from the arrival date.

What is your refund policy? 

We strive to provide a quality product at all times and take pride in our work. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your item we will gladly issue a full refund using your original purchase payment method once the item is returned.

What if my order was damaged during shipping?

If the item was damaged during shipping, please send a photo so that we can learn how to better package or create the item.  Of course, we will re-make the item and ship it to you right away.  There is no fee for the replacement of an order that was damaged during shipping.

What is the International shipping time?

Generally, international shipping takes approximately 1-2 weeks.  However, please be aware that some international shipments may take as long as 5-6 weeks for delivery because of customs delays. There is the option to upgrade to Priority International shipping at checkout, and we recommend you do so if you need it by a specific date.

Since I am not in the United States, are there any additional fees beyond the original shipping charge?

International customers are responsible for any duties, tariffs or custom fees that may be applied by your postal service upon arrival. We recommend researching these fees before buying.
